1/Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory, and produced tactile indicator from the year of 2006.
2/Q: what is the MOQ?
A: No MOQ for stanless steel and brass tactile indicators , but other products we need to dicuss the detail if you have special request; or stock available.
3/Q:How to get samples?
A:If you could accept our present samples, then it would be free of charge. We would like to do samples as your design then send them to you at our expense ( Exclude patent patterns ). Sample cost will be covered by us as long as no new mould included. We believe that we will be your best partner in this filed. Should you have any question, please contact us.
Delivery Details : 3-15days or customized.
About the urgent order: You can decide the delivery time!!! Special handing of emergency orders to ensure maximum customer benefit.
4/Q: How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 7-20 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
We have large production capacity ( 30,000pcs each day) , which can ensure fast delivery time even for large
quantity.
A: “Quality is priority”. We always test one by one before production and shipment. Our factory has got CE, ISO9001 Certificate, R11,R12, All products meet current Australian Standard AS NZS 1428.4.1 – 2009 minimum luminance contrast and anti-slip requirements.
6/Q:What documents do you need if I want my own design?
A:We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc.
We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based
on technique.
7/Q: What is your payment term?
A: For sample and samll order, 100% deposit .For large order, 30% deposit TT and balance after the copy of BOL. Support TT, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat pay.
