Regarding Free Samples:

We provide free samples, including the cost of international express delivery.

(For orders weighing less than 2kg, we recommend selecting 10-15 tactile studs and other desired samples such as stair nosing, polyurethane tactile paving, polyurethane directional tactile indicator bar, and anti-slip tapes from our website. For orders exceeding 2KG, separate payment for international express fees is required; specific details can be obtained by contacting us).

2. About Custom Samples:

If you could accept our existing samples, they will be provided at no cost. We can also create samples based on your design and send them to you at our expense (excluding patented patterns). 3. Delivery Details:

Current samples will be shipped within 1-2 days;

customized samples may take 3-7 days.
